Online Return Guarantee
We hope that your online purchase is exactly what you're after but if for any reason it isn't right, you can return your item to us:


Full Priced Items: If for any reason you change your mind about a full priced item, you can return your purchase for an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Simply return the product in its original packaging with all tags attached in the condition it was received, along with a completed returns form.

Sale Items: If for any reason you change your mind about a sale item, you can return your purchase for an exchange or store credit within 90 days of the purchase date. Simply return the product in its original packaging with all tags attached in the condition it was received, along with a completed returns form. Sale items are not eligible for a Refund.

Returns Process

  1. Complete the Returns Form (download here)
  2. Pack all items and the returns form in a suitable carton. Ensure that all items are securely boxed as we are unable to accept damaged items.
  3. Please email sales@fishingonline.co.nz to advise of either a return, refund or exchange. Please include Order number.
  4. Address the package(s) to:

Return Conditions

  1. FishingOnline returns operates during business hours (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday)
  2. Where an exchange, store credit or refund is required, items must be returned in new condition, with all original packaging (unmarked and in new condition). Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any products once the product has been used or tampered with, or if the packaging has been damaged to the extent that the item is no longer saleable for its original full price. Where an item does not meet these conditions FishingOnline reserves the right to refuse the return.
  3. Where items received are damaged or are not to an acceptable quality, the customer should notify FishingOnline by email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  4. These conditions apply to online purchases only.
  5. Where an item is faulty, FishingOnline will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
  6. Where are refund is processed, FishingOnline will refund the purchase price of the goods. FishingOnline is not responsible for any fees incurred by the customers bank.
