Domestic Shipping
Small items and most trackpac parcels can be sent by Parcel Post to home or PO Box addresses. This is also the best option for Rural Delivery.
All items can also be collected by prior arrangement, notification either by Phone or text
- Parcel Post: trackpacked items only, all addresses including Rural & PO Boxes
- Larger items, all addresses including Rural .

Delivery Times
We endeavor to send your parcel out as soon as possible after receiving payment.
If you pay by credit card before 12pm we will endeavor to send your parcel out that day also. Our couriers are 2 day services to all main centers in the North Island, and for the South Island are 3-4 days (Please note these times are estimates only). For rural deliveries, please allow an extra 2-4 days above the normal delivery time. For P.O. Box deliveries, please allow up to 5 days for Parcel Post deliveries. Note, not all items can be sent to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
We welcome customers from all countries and will do our best to make your purchase as simple as possible. We accept most major credit cards from international customers.
Tax
As an international customer, you do not need to pay New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) on your purchases from our website. This means you instantly receive a discount of 15% on every item you purchase from us. GST is automatically removed from the price when you check out, so there is nothing you need to do.
Shipping Fees
We charge flat rates for international shipping, this means you know the cost up front and can complete your purchase simply and quickly. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your purchases, and are calculated automatically based on your delivery address. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

Delivery Times
We ship via NZ Post International Air. This service has a 5-15 day delivery target to most international addresses, and includes insurance.
Large Items:
Some large items on our site, such as rods and nets, are more difficult to ship internationally. For these items please contact us directly and we will provide a shipping quote for you.
Back Orders
If an item in your order is out of stock, it may be placed on back order. (NB Not all products can be back ordered. We only allow back orders for items we know we can re-order quickly).
You will be notified if any items in your order are placed on back order. If these items will be available in under 5 days, we will hold your order until all items are ready to be shipped. If it will take more than 5 days to source the back ordered items, we will send part of your order immediately, and the back ordered items will be sent separately when they become available. In this case, we will pay the shipping costs. You can contact us if you wish to remove any back ordered items from your order.
